1. The service
DM Asistan is a software service that lets you manage Instagram DMs and comments and WhatsApp Business messages, track contacts as a CRM, and build automations. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Account and eligibility
To use the service you need a valid Facebook account and an Instagram Business/Professional account connected to a Facebook Page. You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity under it.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for spam, harassment, misleading content or any unlawful purpose. All communication you send through Instagram and WhatsApp must comply with Meta’s platform policies and applicable law.
4. Meta platform compliance
The service is subject to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Violating these policies may result in suspension of your account or access.
5. Disclaimer of warranty
The service is provided “as is”. We make no express or implied warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Changes to Meta’s APIs may affect certain features.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account and data. We reserve the right to suspend access in case of a breach of these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will reasonably notify you of material changes; the current version is always published on this page.
